If I could give 10 stars, I would because working with Kathleen was out of this world experience, very attentive, right on point and provided support every step of the way. She went above and beyond and kept me updated and helped me secure the best insurance rate in the market. I won't be going anywhere else moving forward, I found someone I will be forever in debt to. I would absolutely highly recommend working with zensurance and specifically Kathleen.

Simple application process, fast service and great communication.

I got a very good deal for the insurance I bought and also the follow up of the staff even when I had not finished filling the form online, this shows that the staff was on top of his job not allowing a customer slip by. I am really impressed.

Loved that zensurance had specific categories for consultant, it was reassuring seeing my exact job listed there when most other insurers just have a generic "consultant". Someone called me back immediately, compared to the other insurance companies I requested a quote from it was no contest! They explained it clearly and professionally, responded asap any time I had questions, and there wasn't a long wait time over the phone or waiting to get a quote 2-3 days later.
