I joined Little Big Door in August 2019. I was given training manual and guidance . Also encouragement to self promotion. I was new to this but with the inspiration from James I have grown with more confidence. If I have a problem or not sure of something I know James is always there to to give help and guidance. Little big door is a very professional and genuine agency . Since joining LBD I have no regrets and declined many other agencies. Little Big Door... what can I say? I joined little big door in July 2019 as a model just starting out in the industry. With little knowledge I didn’t really know what to do but as soon as I joined Little Big Door, James made sure I was fully educated, I was provided with a models manual and he really did go above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable within the agency. Such a waste of time! I have been with them for 4 months! They never called me or send me any email. They weren’t even following me on Instagram. They never send me any breakdown of the roles they applied me for. It was like being with a ghost! I prefer represent myself. I sent them several emails regarding roles on Spotlight and they never put me through. No self tapes, no call back, nothing for 4 months! They never even bother to call me during the Covid and asked me if I was Oki. Big waste of time! On top of that they were harassing me on Sunday morning and afternoon in order to delete my negative review about their bad agency and now they are treating me of silly! They can’t treat an actor like that! We need to be respected by the agents! They have never sent me any breakdown of their 32 jobs they applied me for! I am sure they haven’t submitted for any role! Anyway good luck with your clients! I am happy to leave a disrespectful agent like you! Need to report it This is the message they sent me! We have tried to contact you via telephone today to discuss what you have written on Trustpilot. As you clearly did not get the response from your 9:30am email you thought the best thing was to write a negative review. I am giving you the option of calling to discuss and removing your review ( which is flawed ) or we will post a reply that may be more damaging to your ongoing career in the eyes of casting directors. I am so happy that I signed with Little big door. I can't thank James enough, he is so genuine and he is an absolute delight to work with and very knowledgable. The communication and training has been ongoing and my emails always get replied to. Massive great big 5 stars to Little big door.

I am so glad that I chose Little Big Door as my daughter's new agency. Her last agency never calls me back or returns our emails and have been useless. So thankful to James and Peter for not only being so normal and friendly but now my daughter has had her first fashion shoot confirmed. Little Big Door clearly has good contacts within the industry as we have had castings last year and during the lockdown, we did a self-tape casting. Without James and Peter's patients and training, we would have just been still waiting to hear back from our old agency so thank God we changed! Again we cannot thank you enough!!

TO ALL AT LITTLE BIG DOOR, Well, what can I say about this agency, they have been super from the moment I had my first phone call with James, such a welcoming, honest person, He gave me such an insight to what I will face in the future, I didn't know anything about the industry when I first got into it, but now I feel a seasoned pro. One time I recall us having a conversation on the phone on Sunday for two hours, now I don't know about anyone else, But I don't know anyone that would give up their private time to help someone out. that to me says a lot about the company I am being represented by. Best team ever When I joined little big door I was welcomed with open arms. James and his team have been amazing. They keep us updated what is going on at every opportunity.
