Fantastic Bexley Bootcamp
Bexley Bootcamp is great! Mike is a fantastic instructor who welcomes everyone no matter what level of fitness you are - there is always an exercise for you! Bexley Bootcamp has made me fitter & healthier and I have made lovely friends too! Each week is different and exercises vary so you will never get bored! Danson Park is a fantastic setting to exercise in and no matter what the weather is like you will enjoy Bexley Bootcamp with Mike. I definitely recommend you give it a go!
Bexley Bootcamp a great place to train and get fit even if you aren’t confident.
I’ve been attending Bexley Bootcamp for over a year now at Danson Park. Mike is enthusiastic and gets you pushing your limits even at times when you may not want to! The group is very friendly and the park is a great setting to train. Mike encourages a safe training environment where you don’t feel intimidated or that you need to compete. I have also attended a couple of excursions to Snowdon with Mike and the group. If you are looking to challenge yourself and get fitter with a great trainer and a friendly environment then this is the bootcamp for you.
Matt is a great instructor
Matt is a great instructor, routines are always varied and never the same, they can be challenging. Matt is encouraging but not over bearing, I both dread and enjoy the sessions, they can be addictive!

The Bootcamp banter is brilliant and the group are so friendly and supportive. By far the best outdoor fitness group in the area. 💪🏼🇬🇧
Great workouts for all round fitness
I’ve had personalised training program from Matt as I wanted to improve my all round fitness. The workouts were hard but noticed my fitness had really improved in just a couple of weeks. Lots of inventive exercises so you don’t get board and keep your body guessing.
Where to begin..
Where to begin! I started my fitness journey with Matt in 2015 and haven’t looked backed. Fitness had never been a part of my life before and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Make no mistake, Matt’s sessions are not easy or for the faint hearted however, from day one he has done nothing but encourage and support me in reaching my fitness goals, often pushing me out of my comfort zone, and has helped build my confidence hugely. I’ve gone on to take part in challenges I would never of dreamed of doing! Matt has created a truly amazing and supportive bootcamp community which is second to none. Joining bootcamp has been literally life changing for me and has had such a positive impact both physically and mentally. Thank you Matt!

Would definitely recommend
I've been coming to Bootcamp for nearly 3 years now and would highly recommend it. I was very nervous beforehand and wasn't sure that I was fit enough but Matt is great. He's very encouraging and tailors the exercises to everyone's needs and abilities even if you're completely new to this form of exercise. For example he might shorten a run or reduce the number of reps and in runs, no one gets left behind. The faster runners always come back to get the last in the group. From my very first session everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The sessions are fun and enjoyable and there's always a bit of banter. However I always feel like I've had a good workout. Would highly recommend coming along.
