I did the 5-day Mediation Skills Training in Belfast. Delivered face-to-face, it was a great opportunity to be reminded of important inter-personal skills as well as introduced to some new ones. The pace of instruction was ideal, neither slow not overwhelming, despite a wealth of information to take on board. For anyone seeking to get involved in Mediation or indeed simply add a 'string to their bow', this course is highly recommended.

Great to be back to face-to-face training. In fact this was really a hybrid course with advance provision of e-learning material combined with class-room training. This worked very well. Good content and excellent tuition. Mentally challenging throughout and rigorously assessed at the end. Highly recommend.

I started this course thinking that I was unable to perform and get the best out of me as a mediator. However, during the coursework I was helped with my colleagues and my tutor. Amazing, in the final test I was able to passed as I felt much more confident. During the week, our tutor would give feedback to us and that made a huge difference because as much as we were training I was getting better and better. I highly recommend this course.
