After the review I wrote, I was contacted by Monica. I was paid for my test strips which I appreciate. The bad review could have been avoided with better communication on their part. **BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!*** I sent my test strips to this company after communicating with Ginger about a previous bad experience with another company. She assured me they were different and to give them a try. Recently I mailed a USPS Priority Mail hard box with test strips which this company said arrived damaged. Obviously, the box was damaged in the care of the postal service or by this company's mail person. I asked them to return the box to me so I could file a claim with the Post Office. I told them I would pay for it to be returned to me. They have refused. I have called, emailed Ginger, Ana and Justin multiple times but they are ignoring me. They say in their email they will destroy them, but this is unacceptable. I sent my strips in good faith, undamaged and unexpired. The least they could do is return the strips to me as I've requested to file a claim. The only reason I can ascertain they wouldn't is because they fraudulently sell the damaged boxes at a reduced rate and pay the owner nothing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP YOUR STRIPS INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

I can't believe how easy this was~!!! I was so skeptical! My mother-in-law passed away and she was a diabetic with a few extra supplies. I saw this website online soon after and I thought "no way this can be true!". I contacted them, received a mailing label immediately, FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS (very important), and sent my strips. I received my money four days later! All I can say is THANK YOU! This is a good funeral bill payment during our difficult time.
