Packaged in a thin black bag which was ripped in transit. Fortunately the product was not damaged. Reasonably priced and fast delivery.

😉 they asked if I’d leave a review so here goes . First time I’ve used this firm and I was impressed by the speedy service from start to finish . Placed order on the Wednesday at 16.47pm and dispatched the next morning on Thursday at 08.04am and delivery the following morning by 10am . All 4 bags had been boxed up separately and labelled. No hassles or playground behaviour so 5 stars and a big thank you .

The price of my item, patio grouting, went up by £1 or about 5% in less than two weeks. They'd call it dynamic pricing, I'd call it profiteering. Lesson learned. Shame.
