I had purchased a Miracle-Gro Rotary Spreader from Ample which, when I read the instructions enclosed with the delivery, it turned out that I had selected an unsuitable model for the purpose that I required. I telephoned Ample and spoke to Jordan and explained how my error had occurred. He then very kindly offered to arrange the collection of the spreader from my home by contacting Royal Mail (at a cost of £6, which I happily accepted). Jordan was helpful and constructive throughout (notwithstanding the fact that it was my own error) a feature that does not exist with most other online retailers, in my experience.

Price was competitive and delivery from Evri was spot on 10/10
