Service was excellent until day of delivery when van driver left the very heavy parcel at my next door neighbor's house in spite of both houses being clearly numbered.

The supplier dispatched item quickly and there was no issue with them it was just the courier used that delivered the package which looked as if it had been stood on. Luckily the contents were in a strong plastic bag and we were able to use the product but left without a container to store it in and prevent from going hard.
