Excellent service, what a great experience. I ordered my decking stain on the Thursday preceding a bank holiday weekend, it was after last orders for next day delivery. So I tried my luck and phoned up after putting my order in online. I asked if there was any chance they might get it in the post? The gentleman who I spoke with said he would do his best and pick the item straight after the phone call. Well true to his word the decking stain arrived the next morning... brilliant service. Also very well priced too..
