Top notch quality service and product. I wanted to get my parents a customized housewarming gift. I sent my emblem in and I was quickly provided with an image proof of what the finished product would look like. Additionally I asked if a gift note could be added with my personal message. It was done, no questions asked. My parents received the glasses later that week and were moved by the quality of the gift and it’s meaning to them. I found this site by chance. The person I was purchasing them for, enjoys the finer liquors and proper glassware for those liquors. I ordered them at the last minute, because I came across the site so late. I had maybe 3 days before my friends bday, so I paid for express shipping, hoping still they would make it on time. Not only did they make it on time, I LOVED them. I could feel the carving in them, not just something barely scratched on the glass. More importantly my friend absolutely LOVES them. He was very impressed by them. He as well, spoke on feeling the carving in the glasses and not just a label, or thin etching. I am very pleased with my purchase and will most certainly order from them again.
