Excellent service, I ordered a Omega Geneve, and it arrived quickly and brilliantly packaged, it was like opening a new watch not one 52 years old. After purchase I had a query on how much I should wind it (daft I know) and this was answered quickly even though it was out of normal working hours. The stop watch hands does not go to the top when it is reset which is a bit of a disappointment.But l have a genuine SEIKO watch strap which I am going to have all the pins renewed and will be put on the watch and taking the watch to the watch doctor in Tring to see if he can fix it.

Great service from Scott who obviously loves his watches and what he does. Unfortunately the watch I bought wasn’t quite right for the recipient so I returned it. Scott refunded my money as soon as he received the watch back. It was really well packaged so it was very straightforward to put back in the post to him. I’m still looking on his website for another watch and would have no hesitation in buying again from him or in recommending him to others.

They are very open and honest about the condition of the watches. They ship fast and arrive to me in the US in about ten days. I would definitely recommend this shop.
