From the photos, video and narrative, I could tell the watch had a rough life, but I wanted it and knew it would need to get serviced immediately. Scott was amenable to sending directly to my watchmaker, making it easy. When watchmaker opened it up he said there were problems and it would cost much more to fix than anticipated. Told Scott at BirthYearWatches, he offered the choice of another watch at a discount or refunding all my money. This is a high integrity store in a world where lots of places are not ethical. I'd buy from them again and I trust them implicitly
