As with all online site, I was initially worried if the seller was legitimate and if the watch I had ordered would actually come. But once I had bought the watch, I reached out to Scott (you can find his email address on the website) and he was very helpful and communicative, giving me the tracking number and answering any questions I had about the watch. The packaging was good and kept the watch safe. Onto the watch itself - as described, the watch was in very good condition. I've had it for two weeks now, and the watch is losing about a minute a day (considering its a 1977 watch, its good though not great). I really appreciated that the seller had put up a YouTube video of the watch to show off the watch and function to really erase any doubts about the authenticity and condition of the watch. The only reason I have put it at 4 stars is because the watch was advertised as having the day-wheel in English and Kanji - however it turns out that the second language on the day wheel was Arabic. It was an honest mistake, however, due to the seller not speaking Japanese or Arabic, and not due to any intentional mis-description. I gave Scott my feedback via email and he has stated that he will show pictures of things in the second-language in the future to prevent such future mistakes. Overall, I highly recommend BirthYearWatches if you are interested in anything sold on their catalogue.

I've been monitoring the site for quite a few months now, and I finally saw a saw a watch I just couldn't pass up for a phenomenal price.The watch arrived just less than a week ago and I haven't taken it off since.
