Got our garden lights a couple of years ago and everybody loves the way they create a magical atmosphere in the garden. One of the bulbs went and I couldn't immediately find how to reorder on website, so I called the number. It went through to voicemail but I was straightaway called back by Thalia who immediately said 'so sorry I missed your call, how can I help?' then took my order very efficiently over the phone and the spares arrived today, a couple of days later. No long phone menus, no struggling with anything, just super simple, straightforward and helpful. I wish all my experiences with companies could be like this.
