My wife placed an order for me as a present. (11675) item was out for delivery placed in a random bin . ? I emailed to complain, got a response from carl only asked if I found parcel no apologies that I had to route round random bins for my item just said he will forward on to dpd . Will not buy from here again until they change delivery service and how they deal with complains
