I have only just joined the governing body at YMR. However, I have previously been a governor at another primary school for 8 years and was also a member of a temporary governing body in the creation of a new primary school. Whilst I have attended one meeting, I found it to be very professional with an official interpreter (welsh-English). I had a warm welcome from the other governors and the head teacher. I felt included and that my opinion and views were valued. The communications between the school and the governors has been excellent so far and the ethos of the school is one where I feel my son will have the best educational experience that he can.
