In my experience, it’s easy to write a great review when everything has gone exactly to plan. The true character of a person shows through when things go wrong. Unfortunately for us, the hotel we booked was unable to guarantee being open or fully functional on our limited travel availability. Jeremie was extremely supportive with our concerns, and despite having spent a lot of time organising the holiday, arranged a full refund of monies paid on deposits within 2 days of our decision to cancel. Jeremie kept us fully informed throughout the process, and was professional at all times. Based on my experience, I would give Jeremie a 100% recommendation, and would have no hesitation on using his services in the future.

Jérémie always replied quickly to my (many!) emails and was very helpful when finding solutions to problems - and there were quite a few as this was a school group booking for 27. I appreciated his eye for detail and thorough approach - there were a couple of hiccups along the way but we worked together to resolve them. This was a hugely successful trip with all transfers being punctual and all activities enjoyed by my varied group of students, I will not hesitate to book again with New Caledonia voyages and with Jeremie in particular. A totally wonderful holiday with an thoroughly workable itinerary supplied through the fantastic team at New Caledonia Voyages. All accommodation, flights and transfers were arranged for us. We stayed four-nights at the amazing Isle of Pines although we wished we had arranged to stay longer - this place is the unspoiled hidden jewel of the South Pacific. Many thanks to Jeremie and team!

Don’t go with anyone else if you think about travelling to New Caledonia. We had a broad idea of a possible itinerary but NCV agent, Jeremie, was extremely helpful in finalising the details, advising on accommodation and generally giving us lots of useful tips. Jeremie and Julia organised our family holiday to New Caledonia. They were efficient and great to deal with and certainly helped make our holiday as good as possible. We had 4 days on the mainland and 2 on Isle Des Pines. Was perfect! Would certainly recommend!
