Faulty bottle since day 1

Faulty bottle since day 1, ordered about 3 months ago. Leaked since I got it which I just contented with and now it's completely dead. Just not working at all. Poor experience, I am being asked for videos of the bottle bot working, wtf like a video of a lifeless bottle.

I love my Evolv bottle

I love my Evolv bottle. I turn it on in the morning when I wake up. Helps me start my day healthier. I've also been giving some of the hydrogenated water to my plants. They have responded well. My one succulent started to flower again!!

This company thinks they're above the law . UPDATED due to post being flagged as defamatory but overall by trust pilot

I've had a recent disgusting experience with this company a faulty bottle which was proven to be faulty as well as evident's provided to them showing that it was faulty in New Zealand we are protected by a great law called the consumer guarantees ACT that all companies must abide by that sell goods or services in New Zealand regardless of where their located. I repeatedly asked for a full refund from this company for my defective bottle they refused to provide a refund unless I returned the bottle to them at my expense costing me over $100 as it has a battery in it and what have to be shipped as containing lithium battery item which is very expensive we even had a lawyer draft up and email explaining to the consumer guarantees law and they were provided to issue a refund in a timely manner for the defective goods and they do not need to pay to return them and the consumer guarantees act over rides any of their company policies as it is law this is called severe stress and a huge amount of wasted time for me and my family dealing with this and they still will not provide a refund I would avoid this company at all costs because if you're in international customer like I am and something goes wrong they will try and dodge the laws in your country and make you pay to send the item back what can be very expensive and you do not have to do I am now and talks with a lawyer and more look at raising chargebacks compensation and filing a claim in the dispute tribunal with this company I have also let consumer New Zealand know of their dodgy business practices so they can warn all of the members not to purchase from them I'm hoping they will publish my story in the magazine as the more coverage this gets the more people I protect and save from being ripped off by this company that thinks they're above the law. Nobody is above the law UPDATE So they have finally refunded my money after a family member who is a lawyer in the consumer area wrote legal letters threatening to take them to court if they did not obey the law they finally did refund me. In regards to the parts they shipped yes that is true when I first received the bottle it would not charge after we tried everything I filmed a video footage proving there that would not charge just so there's no questions about me making this up sent it to them and yes they promptly sent a replacement base unit and they also sent some seals things went great for a while and it was working well then all of a sudden it just stopped producing hydrogen there were no bubbles coming up at all like this should have been and there was only one medium sized bubble again I documented everything filmed video evidence clearly showing the issue and sent it to them and this is when I requested a refund. They agreed that it was faulty and would only issue me a refund if I shipped the device back to them at my expense the device has a battery in it making shipping much more expensive and it was going to cost me a considerable amount of money. In New Zealand we have a very strong and robust law called the consumer guarantees ACT feel free to look it up at legislation.govt.nz and put in consumer guarantees ACT. It clearly states that if a product is faulty it is up to the retailer to collect the device if they want it returned at the expense also if their terms in conditions state that it must be returned at the purchases expense because the consumer guarantees act is law that overrides their terms and conditions. This is being reported to the New Zealand government consumer watchdog who have created a report which I doubt they would do if what I'm saying wasn't true. Regarding the request for free items or discounted items yes I did ask and it doesn't hurt to ask I have numerous serious health conditions and sadly due to those conditions I cannot work therefore I asked about a free product or discounted product as some retailers have programs where they donate or provide heavily discounted product to people with severe medical conditions so yes I asked they declined we waited until they had a sale on and my family and some friends put the money together and purchase it for me yes there was a small discount of around 30 to 40 dollars but that wasn't just specifically for me that was offered to everybody as it was Black Friday promotion from memory. I don't like writing negative reviews about companies but I'm not one to be bullied and pushed around when I know my rights and I will speak out it's sad that it came to this and I strongly believe evolve needs to train their staff to be a bit more compassionate and understanding not all of their staff were bad the staff members I originally dealt with for my first issue were fantastic and extremely helpful it was an until I requested someone from management believe the name was Lauren customer service manager that I found her to be quite unimpathetic and blunt

My husband bought this for Christmas…

My husband bought this for Christmas and I have stolen it from him. 😊 I struggle to drink water in large quantities and I wee all day. Reading this helps with absorption I thought it try it. Having this 3 times a day and no dashing to wee all the time. Also I have notice my gut is benefiting from it too! Cool little gadget. We had it shipped to the UK with no issues. Curious to see the long term effects... best wishes

Great customer service. Great product. I use my hydrogen bottle AT LEAST 3 times a day. I notice a huge difference in my long work days.

Great Customer Care, Amazing product, good workmanship.

Great Customer Care I received my H2GO within 10 days. This is an amazing bottle, much better than the one I had a few years ago. I received a lot of product information after placing an order. Then contacted them when I had a technical issue, and one of their Customers Care persons helped. Through the email conversation, my problem is solved. This is a great company and know how to care about their customer. I like it.

Deeply sus company

Deeply sus company. Ordered a bottle, After aa while finally got an email saying It was in customs and required a Health inspection, a letter of authorisation and charges that amounted to an extra 50% to the cost! Obviously this was not at all clear on Ordering. So i was a bit spooked and asked to simply send back, which Evolv tell me will cost me 125 dollars! I see plenty of suspect review online so good to get a trustpilot Page going about them
