Terrible Communication and Customer Service

Placed an order 3 months ago, charged me immediately which I completely understand. Sent me an 1 month out date for the product to be made and shipped. 5 weeks go by haven't heard from them, called and they advised they did not have the color combination I ordered, it was available for purchase on their website. They advised me that it would be an additional month to get the color I ordered. Abother 5 weeks go by, call again they advised me my order is still not completed and will not be completed untill they dont know when. Their only solution to solve this problem is order a different color or wait for for an unspecified time on a different color. NOT ONCE did anyone call or email me that the order would be delayed or changed. Long story short the earliest they could get me anything would be in another month. They take your money and make you do all the ground work and impose their manufacturing problems on you. I would not recommend this company!

I purchased a New Xpress bay boat that has SeaDek this is the first boat I’ve owned without carpet your product is fantastic it looks great comfortable to stand on all day fishing and easy to clean not to mention drys really quick after being rained on I just received your template kit to add a couple more pieces the kit is excellent can’t wait to get my additions

I have a significant problem with the sea deck product expanding and buckling in the heat on my boat. No one from Sea Deck will address the problem with me. It is a serious safety issue. Very poor customer service

I wanted to replace the 30-year-old black rubber mats on each trailer fender behind the wheel, which is the step-up to get in the boat on land. This was easy to cut out and super easy to apply with the self adhesive backing. Thank you.

Very good company to work with

Very good company to work with. Frequent and clear communication. I did my best to follow their instructions to the letter , and resulted in a near perfect fit the very first time! I installed my kit myself following their instructions and supplied videos and I am very happy with the result! July 4th was our first trip with the new decking installed, we got many compliments and it feels so good on bare feet even in the sun! Thank you guys!
