My wife initially bought a Sea Dek anti fatigue pad for me in October and when I went to install it the product in the spring it was defective. While Sea Dek was helpful I could not get it replaced as I purchased it through an Amazon vendor. They are currently trying to get a warranty replacement for us as Sea Dek admitted it was defective. However, I could not wait for a replacement as I wanted to put the boat in the water so I ended up purchasing another one directly from you and it worked perfectly. Sadly, my first experience was poor due to a failure to insert the vinyl sheet against the adhesive causing the cardboard packing material to adhere to the pad making it useless. The second purchase was perfect.

Honestly I was referred by a Sea Dek…

Honestly I was referred by a Sea Dek customer. I called the gentleman’s cell. He was obviously busy. Said, “I’ll see if I can get by your boat later in the week.” And that’s all I have heard. So I have no real interaction but that to go off of. Not. Great experience and I get when you are busy but I went with Dek it. More money but the experience has been flawless.

Upon arrival

Upon arrival, our seadeck looked stunning! We cleaned the flooring properly and were excited to install it. The dry fit template was perfect as we cut it up in dark warehouse this winter! $1400 well spent I thought. Just yesterday,on install day we noticed two mistakes. All the pieces of the flooring have lines that run bow to stern. Except one. When I called and showed photos, I was told that the previous customer requested that tia one piece to be different and that this was my problem. They would admit no fault. The second piece that had an error was on the swim platform. For no apparent reason, there is a circle in the middle of this piece. When I called they told me that I would have to pay $200 more for the smallest piece plus’s shipping. As far as the product it looks great but I wouldn’t expect any help from anyone from this company as far as customer service. Absolutely awful customer service, If you want a product with north south east west lines this is for you!! It looks absolutely ridiculous. If I could submit the photos I would

Customer service is awesome

Customer service is awesome, once the dry fits were finalized it fit great! Only wish it was faster between mock ups and getting the finished pads
