I recently received and installed SeaDek on my swim deck and front bow on my Sea-Doo Jet Boat. This was a DIY project on my 33’ Grady White. I ordered and made the templates, made photos and returned the outlined sections of flooring. In a few weeks a complete full size set of templates came FedEx which I cut and confirmed that each piece fit properly. I confirmed with the dedicated service representative that everything fit perfectly and gave the order to process the actual pieces to apply. In a few weeks I received the entire order, ready to apply to the boat with a schematic of where every piece went. Took about 4 hours to clean the floor with acetone and alcohol and then install the new deck. The entire process included great customer service and communication with a single dedicated customer service rep at the factory. Very pleased with the product and new look over the previous carpet. As a side note, the generator noise and vibration that transmitted through the floor was lowered and changed to a dull tone.

Smooth order process... arrived on time and the product is very nice. Adhesive is superior meaning you better have it where you want it when you put it down.

I ordered the SeaDek helm pad for my 22’ Sea Born. Color match and fit are perfect! Much better on your body overall when standing at the helm for hours at a time. Highly recommended!

in the process of finalizing with castaway customs asked if i could get a sample of storm gray over cool gray with teak pattern when i got the sample it was a8'' x8'' square with 1'' teak lines which gives me no real idea on how this is going to look when spending near $4000 i think it is a shame that you can not accomodate a customer who is ready to order it is not your represnitive i have issue with it is seadek who probably has more of the color option and style i am looking for and could not send me a piece maybe 1 foot wide by 1 or 2 feet long with the teak lines so i could get better view when layed on my deck just bizzare and to top it off when i had called in explaining what i was looking to do the girl told me it would be aroundtwo to three hundred dollars just bizzare but i guess when you own the market you can do and say what you want

I was sent the wrong color, and then this company closed for two weeks without updating their phone system - very unprofessional.
