I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to add my voice and reassure people looking to get treated at the thread vein clinic to go ahead! I had (emphasis on past tense!) permanent red veins and very splotchy complexion across my face from years of blushing as an elite sport, as well as underlying rosacea. I’m now two weeks post my first treatment and the results are amazing. Nearly all permanent red veins have completely disappeared and others are fading further by the day. I was fully prepared to do 2-3 treatments but it’s looking like I’ll only need one for now (veins can appear in new places over time as we all know). The treatment wasn’t too unpleasant, I did have a very red face afterward and cat scratches for about 5 days - so unlike for some I did have to have some downtime. But well worth it! Wish I went years ago. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the results of my treatment at The Thread Vein Clinic. Dr Hatley treated a couple of thread veins on my nose, and extensive thread veins on my legs. The veins on my nose have gone, and so too have nearly all the veins on my legs so they are no longer noticeable. At my initial consultation Dr Hatley gave me an accurate assessment of the number of treatments I would require in order to achieve the desired results, and throughout my treatment was always happy to answer questions. Karen his PA is very helpful and efficient.

Never had to wait even an extra minute for my appointment, good communication on the assistant’s side in case you have a question or need to make some changes. Very good experience here. Dr Hatley is a consumate professional who listened to me and calmly responded about the options I had for treatment. Unlike some clinics, he was knowledgeable and honest about the treatment and its outcomes. Dr Hatley is instantly likeable as well as calm, reassuring and meticulous. My procedure took a matter of minutes and involved a completely tolerable prickling sensation. The angry, red spider nevi blighting my cheeks had reduced by as much as 75 per cent about a week later, and the redness evaporated. I’m excited to see how much better things look in a few days’ time after my second treatment which I had this morning. I wish I’d done this far sooner!
