Don't know who to blame but package arrived ripped open, cardboard box ripped & crushed & the item was not complete- part was missing. I had to throw it away.

I just found everything to be very slow from the off. And tracking things was difficult and there was no communication from anyone. I still haven’t recieved anything and no one has reached out to tell me if my packages will indeed be arriving.
