At every stage Mark was quick to you you respond two emails and telephone calls. he advised us on products available and catered to our specific needs. Our case this was looking for a mortgage from an ethical provider. Unfortunately, our first mortgage expired due to some hold-ups with purchase of our house, but Mark was there again when we required a second mortgage.
