This is only the third time I have EVER left a review on service but I am compelled to relay how extraordinary the service I received from Claire Martin and Paul Fredericks in helping me secure my dream holiday home in Salcombe. Buying a house is one of the most stressful of life's experiences, which is why a great mortgage broker is worth their weight in gold, particularly in today's challenging market. What makes them so special is that they really care. It is not a transactional service - they go truly above and beyond in supporting you through the entire process, always acting proactively to avoid delays and mitigate any risks. I can honestly say that without their help the transaction, which took 5 months with many twists and turns, would have folded. I had already tried another large broker who could not find a product that would work, but Paul managed to find one. It is a relationship that they have built with me and am so impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. Paul has become a trusted partner with new ventures on remortgaging other properties or making new purchases, a really great partner. The daily care and attention I received from Claire through the entire process in keeping me updated and helping me navigate the obstacles that came up was just staggering and honestly in words I cannot properly do it justice, nor express my gratitude.
