Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service , water bottle melted in hot water , not put in dishwasher. No warning on instructions . Jasmine from accounts refused replacement or refund . £26 for 3 weeks use , not fit for purpose. Definitely don’t recommend this company

If I could put a zero I would. The company were GREAT at taking my money and sending a parcel. But for a return, they refunded me for an item I didn’t return so I’m out of pocket for the items I did send back. My emails to Jade are being totally ignored and I even had to speak with their delivery team to get a message passed on as the sales team are constantly engaged, yet STILL no reply. This is disgusting customer service. I would never order from them again

used them for sups for 7 years, always friendly, orders always on time or early. any errors they always sort them out instantly. I have recommended them to friends and businesses.

Misleading dispatch times

Misleading dispatch times. No checks on what they actually send over. What a mess! Ordered at 11 am to receive the order next day, but they didn't dispatch it same day and couldn't tell me why. The order got here in the end to realise that they forgot to put my massive tub of protein in and they had no idea how they missed that. They did send out a replacement protein pack though (hence the two star) I've dealt with them twice (you know how they say you should always give a second chance, don't!) and the dispatch time has always been missed. The Customer Advisor told me on both occasions that they emailed me to say that my order hasn't been dispatched but these emails seem to go to neverland as I never got them. It was my last order with them.

Rip Off

Stay away from this place now. Shipped me products which were not up to spec and I had to bin them as a result. Reading the reviews here it's clear they have gone downhill as a few years ago they were good.

Bad service, misleading dispatch

I`m not sure how their warehouse is working but I feel tired with getting something I had not ordered. For several times in a row I got things that I had to exchange because of warehouse mistake. Also order status won`t tell you anything. Last 3 orders for me are still pending though I have received them months ago. It is also misleading when the shipping company cannot deliver a box for weeks, I wish they update the status of order, providing the parcel tracking number all the time.

Misleading dispatch times!

Issues with the dispatch of ordered items, website states that orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched same day. Based on this I ordered with the company as I needed a specific item next day for my business. Having not received a confirmed dispatch email I contacted the company only to be told that it hadn't been dispatched due to short staffing issues. While I appreciate these things happen, there was no email explaining this, no mention on the website of this, still a counter counting down until the same day dispatch ends, and only the offer of a pound discount due to me using a next day delivery option. With this being my first experience of this company it is a poor one and as such I will be unlikely to use them again. Poor service.
