The item was NOT received the next day nor did you apply the 5% discount after I joined the newsletters to my order. You did not reply back to my email which I also sent out to you. Horrible service. I want this issue resolving immediately.

Good value and broad range, and the free overnight delivery is great! Website could be better, and I didn't get to use paypal because of a technical glitch on the site, nor did I get email confirmation of my order and delivery window. So these could be improved.

Quite happy with my USB hyperbolic mass purchase. Good price with next day delivery with text messages. One wee gripe is the delivery options. Wish it was possible to arrange for a collection instead of a redelivery option. I think I wouldn't mind paying a few quid to have that option. Otherwise, highly recommend this website.
