Bought ZMA off this seller, but the hype states the magnesium is aspartate, when on arrival it turns out to be Magnesium oxide which is the cheaper version and is known to be broken down before assimilation being lucky if 25% reaches its target, where the Aspartate is known to reach 46%+ of its target, sent an email and as yet no reply, would not use again, make your own at least you know what's in it for sure then
