The staff was very kind but I thought I was being punked. $750 for a standard font and 4 inches high I get a charge for a rush job which I understand it’s splintered when I get it! There signs in metal and other custom items are gorgeous but the sign I asked for was not I just want a refund and happy to pay for the materials and time If I need a sign in the future I would use them but not a simple plywood sign

The window decals look great. Did mentioned to the tech about the bubbles he explained due to the sun it will bubble, but they should go away with time. Not sure, but I hope Front Signs does honor this. Miscommunication regarding when the tech would be done. Front Signs confirmed 8AM-11AM but by 10:45AM it looked like the techs had maybe an hour at the property and taking a break. I asked how long they said until 2pm. This was inconvenient since work is being planned according to the first time given had to cancel a few meetings. The techs were not done until 4:30PM giving me a 3-hour drive back home. Better communication between the office and the tech is a must. Mike did a great job handling everything else.
