Great job! The service was exceptional!

Front Signs failed to deliver what was promised by them. I provided all the necessary information, drawings etc to ensure what I needed was being duplicated and the sales person failed to relay critical information to their design team which resulted in a failed product I paid a lot of money for. I gave the sales person a chance to take responsibility for their mistake but they chose not to and instead wanted me to pay for their mistake. I will never work with this company again. The production team did however get part of my order correct. My recommendation is to employ sales people who actually care for their customers and have some integrity.

The sales rep was always available, the price was lower than 3 other offers, the product was perfect, the turn times were amazing, and unexpectedly the companies' showroom and facility were impressive, I am looking into more of their services for other projects.

Our new LED Neon signs really pop and brighten up the office. The whole Front Signs team did an amazing job from start to finish. Their 3D mockup looked exactly like the final product. The installers were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond and even helped us apply an unrelated decor item. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful and caring crew. Worst experience ever. Nothing matches to design, not color nor size… personal is subjective and unable to perceive clients needs…. Never will recommend this company, did once, but regretted!!!!

Front Signs did an amazing job working with us in designing what we wanted our final product to look like. They also did a great job installing the sign. Everyone is in awe of their work.
