The sign we requested was for a stage prop so it needed to be set up and dismantled for re-use. The sign was assembled on stage and permanently glued together so we could not move it or use it again without literally breaking it apart. The glue used to build the structure was still wet as it had obviously only been constructed that day and several of the pieces fell off. Customer service when trying to trouble shoot this issue was poor.

We ordered an acrylic sign for our new theatre building as well as a poster cabinet. Both were excellent quality. They were prompt and provided great customer service.
