I can’t begin to explain how easy Dan made everything for us. We didn’t want the hassle of going through the realtors, updating our house and having to leave every time it was shown. I had a really good experience with BuyBox purchasing my, not in great condition, house. I ultimately got a couple thousand dollars less than originally agreed to. But the house was in really bad shape. I'm glad I got what I got. Luke the transaction coordinator was very helpful throughout the very quick process. Any questions I had he responded almost immediately.
