One of the best experiences from an Oud vendor. I bought a few samples and a gram of Papua 03 and Merauke Shinrin. The proprietor immediately contacted me to let me know that he was out of town but that he would ship as soon as he returned. He sent me a huge package with incense sticks, maybe 8 samples, a gram of a rose attar, a jar of Merauke wood. Truly a huge haul and not at all expected. Abu is an Oud savant. Easily the best oud nose on the planet. Incredible customer service. With pointed questions really tuning into his clients, and actually listening and probing to make sure to deliver just exactly what we are craving. If that isn't enough he's brilliant, honest, and elegantly kind. Just a perfectionist (even his boxes) and if that weren't enough he always includes tailored treats. Stunning oud, agarwood, and human being. My highest recommendation.
