Really straightforward process. No hassling for a sale and were professional throughout. The installers were lovely and did a fantastic job also dealing with an unexpected problem that arose. Arrived on time and worked hard through the day to get the job done to a really high standard

Some unforeseen issues ( not VSF related issues but quickly resolved by VSF and an excellent job from start to finish - work was completed in a day and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone work as hard as these guys

A good experience from start to finish. My garage was in a sorry state with a leaky asbestos roof, rotten window frame and missing facias. I submitted a couple of photos to the VSF website and was contacted within ten minutes by phone, making an appointment for the following week. Representative arrived on time and took details of what I wanted, offering advice where necessary. We agreed a price with absolutely no pressure to buy anything other than what I wanted. A survey took place a week later, I had originally asked for a door at the side of the garage but was advised not to have one because the garage floor is below ground level and water would run in when it rained. I chose to have a replacement window instead. There is a lead time of approximately six weeks but this is nothing unusual and I was given a possible date. I was informed that there was a slight problem at the VSF end and the job had to be rescheduled to four days later. The installer arrived just after 7.30 am and after a brief chat his team got on with the job. Old roof removed and new one in place within four and a half hours. They even connected my new water butt to the gutter for me. I was asked to confirm that the work was to my satisfaction before payment was taken, in my case by bank transfer. I would recommend VSF without hesitation, a friendly and efficient service carried through by polite people.

From initial contact to completion great company. Intallers worked cleanly and left the atea spotless on completion. Great company have already recommended them to friends
