Installers were on time, very polite and approachable. Also they worked well on a freezing cold day! Job was completed in one day and site was left clean and tidy

We had our new garage roof fitted a few weeks ago without problem. Our next door neighbour then reported a small issue with rain water from the new roof spilling into their garden (the garages are very close together). Within 24 hours the installers returned to rectify the problem. Brilliant service!

A problem with my neighbour's wall (only 100mm from garage) led to a requirement for a modification on the plan for the new roof. This had not been spotted by the surveyor. However the installation team coped with the problem brilliantly, having returned to base to pick up an alternative coping section, they returned the following Saturday to complete an excellent job.

The team arrived on time despite the named storm the night before. The roof on the garage was very quickly dismantled. The new roof looks perfect. Very friendly people with a professional attitude. They took care of the asbestos very carefully. I would like to thank them for the service.

Such an easy experience and no added extra costs. Contacted VSF and got a ball park figure (because I had measurements). They came out and surveyed and the price stayed the same. The team replaced the roof in one day, with everything included, no hidden extra costs for extra items used and a great job all in.
