Right from our first contact with the company to completion of job no complaints whatsoever. Everything was done professionally & courteously, all at times convenient to us. Installers were brill, worked hard in severe frost. All rubbish (old roof, fascias, etc) removed. would definitely recommend this company.

Came early and completed in a day

Very pleased with the work. I needed my old roof and doors replacing to my small garage and also an additional access door putting in. I obtained two quotes and VSF’s quote was over £1000 cheaper than the other quote, and VSF could provide exactly what I requested, whereas the other company couldn’t. From the assessor coming out the wait time was a little over two months, which was fine, however, the roof starting to deteriorate badly. I contacted VSF to ask if there was any chance of the work being carried out sooner and they were able to move things around and the work took place three weeks earlier than originally planned. The two lads that turned up were very professional and friendly and they completed the work to a very high standard by midday. They cleaned up after themselves, talked me through exactly what they had done, explained how the new roof and doors worked and took the old roof and doors away with them. I’m delighted with the outcome and I wouldn’t hesitate to use VSF again in the future.

Two young men appeared at 8am. Checking the garage inside and out. Nice fine start, two breaks. Started raining and didn't stop. Poor lads got soaked but continued with the work. 5pm finishing touches. All materials in van. Pitch dark looking for screws,etc. tidied up as best possible. Neighbours weren't happy but the lads were polite and shifted the van when asked. I had to phone the company to ask about the front sides facias, paid extra for the lads to come back, which they did. Told them that the neighbours had found some screws on the ground so they were extra careful this time in daylight. My garage looks smart now just the doors to paint. Yes, I'd recommend this company and the lads whom looked like drowned rats, and kept cheerful, working in the rain.
