The team arrived at the time specified and started work immediately and they never stopped until the job was completed within four hours. They were very pleasant and hard working throughout and did a brilliant job. Needless to say we are very satisfied with every aspect of the replacement roof.

I can't recommend VSL enough. The price was as per their original quote and exactly what we agreed, installed on the day as as per the contract and the two installers Ash and Damian were professional and courteous. Asbestos removed and bagged, new roof fitted, asbestos disposal certificate in the post. Job done. The best price I could get from a local company on Anglesey was 50% more.

I would have given 5 stars as I'm happy with the roof and new side door but the after service is poor. My up-and-over main door opened and closed ok before the roof was fitted but not now. I contacted an independent garage door specialist who said the door was level but the framework wasn't. I contacted Vsf who said it was nothing to do with them, took my phone number and I'm still waiting over a week for a callback. It has now taken over 2 hours for me to sort out.

The contact as promised beforehand and on day of arrival. The speed in completing the replacement roof and hassle free experience. The only thing we had to finish off ourselves was the daylight gaps seen from inside , which we have done by buying some foam to fill in gaps which looked unsightly and unfinished. We are now delighted with the new roof before the weather deteriorates. Thank you your communication was great.

We were very impressed with this company. From the salesman to the surveyor to the fitters, all excellent. The job was executed with minimum disruption and to a very high standard.
