Initially, a representative came out to give us a price for a new roof and garage door. He was very personable and gave us clear details of what the job would entail and various options available. All this was presented in a professional pack. We had to pay a deposit of £1,000. We were informed roughly of when the job would take place and we would get confirmation a week or so beforehand. We were contacted by phone and email as promised a week or so before. We were contacted by the fitters the day before to confirm the time. The fitters came on time. They were extremely competent, professional, pleasant and hardworking. They took everything away and swept the drive. The end result was top notch. Payment was made on completion of the job. We cannot say anything negative about the whole process. Thank you Darryl and Tony for a superb job and going the extra mile.

My neighbour had a garage replacement roof carried out in May ‘23 by VSF, after viewing it it prompted me to contact them to arrange a visit and quotation for my garage roof replacement. The whole process was seamless from initial contact through to completion. Steve explained everything thoroughly prior to quoting for our requirements, a surveyor arrived a week later to assess the job, measure up and discuss the detail, giving us an installation date for 22nd June 2023. All timescales were adhered to and the installation team arrived at 8.00 am as agreed and immediately set to work on what was a very hot day, carefully removing the old asbestos panel in a safe controlled manner. Tom and Callum worked very hard hardly taking a break meaning the whole installation was completed in a day, no need to empty the garage all work was carried out from the ‘outside in’ they were very neat and tidy, cleaned up and were very friendly guys. We are delighted with our new roof and fascias which was colour coordinated with our existing colour scheme. We can highly recommend VSF Garage Repair and believe it will add value to our property. Very good experience from the start! In this day and age we felt very sceptical at first, but we can say that everything was great and very pleased with the new roof and garage doors that we've had. Darryl and Tony who were our fitters did an excellent job, our garage being larger than most and very old needed alot of extra work ,but they had only been given one day to do the job so they stayed and finished it which took just over 15 hours!! They never stopped all day and didn't leave till after 11pm. We would like to thank both of them for a really great job. Garage has been transformed. THANK YOU.

The response to our initial inquiry was speedy and at each subsequent stage the response was timely. Date for instalment of the new garage roof was done earlier than initially expected. The instalment was completed in one day , which was good for 32 x10 feet roof, with internal ceiling which was to be retained. New beams were fitted to the roof structure to remove uneven levels. The workmanship was good and the site was left tidy at the end. The two installers were very pleasant to deal with.

Really pleased with our new garage roof installed by John. Everything from start to finish was executed in a very prompt professional manner. From the quote to the finished job we were fully informed and VSF were very flexible especially when I had to change the installation date a couple of times. Like to mention John who installed the replacement roof found him very friendly and worked extremely hard especially as he was on his own. Anthony and his colleague were punctual and polite. They explained well the work they were carrying out and managed to solve the problems due to a single garage with a carport added which made the project more difficult. The site was left clean and tidy and we are very happy with the result.
