I was issued mortgage offer on Tuesday (21/03/2023). I am writing this review regarding my experience with Trinity Finance. When I was looking for property to buy, I was introduced to Melanie by Robinson Jackson office in South East London. We had a conversation over the phone, I passed my details on to her and she got me the best quote I could get (higher mortgage amount and lower interest rate). I was happy with the quote I got from Melanie becuase I had done my research and I knew she got me what was available to me in the market. Fast forward, I placed an offer on a property and got in touch with Melanie to sort out my mortgage application. She patiently went through all the documents, got in touch with the lender, communicated everything clearly with me, answered my questions and submitted all the documents along side the application. From there, I was put in touch with Vince (under Melanie's supervision). The communication was through emails and it was quick and clear. I was pleased how Melanie and Vince both were updated with all the correspondance and how quickly they communicated with me and the lender on spot. All the documents and details were exchanged between the lender and me until I was granted mortgage offer. All were smooth with no issues or concerns from my side becuase i knew Melanie is focused on my aplication working for best of my interest. This was my first mortgage application and I knew I was in the safe hands, knowing Melanie and Vince are looking after the application very well. I strongly advise anyone who wants to apply for mortgage to get in touch with Melanie. I don't know Trinity Finance however I 100% trust Melanie in what she does. She is well experienced and she chases the matter until everything is clear to the mortgage applicant and the lender. She is patient and knowledgable. She rings you on Saturday and works on your application even on Sundays to get everything moving forward in your favour. I was absolutely happy with how everything was progressing fast with my application. Melanie was always available for a chat over the phone and provided the best advise to your interest. I was also impressed by how Vince was engaged in the communications through emails between me and the lender. Vince chased all the matters relevant to the application having Melanie CC'ed to all the correspondance. This is my first mortgage application experience. I was happy. I will surely go back to Melanie for any future mortgage-related matters. I will also recommend her to family and friends. In case anyone wants to work with Trinity Finance, make sure Melanie will look after your application prior to submission and then make sure Vince will be the point of contact (I don't know anyone else from Trinity Finance and I only recommend Melanie and Vince).
