I have contacted with several mortgage advisors at the beginning and had very unpleasant experience: either no reply to my emails, or I couldn't borrow the amount i needed, or my situation is too risky to apply a mortgage (my partner was changing her job). When I first contacted Ben, I was a bit worried to send all my financial documents. However, after the 1st zoom meeting (YES, they are very professional), I changed my mind completed. Ben showed me lots of options available to us and shared his screen to walk me through lenders criteria. Ben processed my "Let to Buy" case which involves two mortgages from different lenders at the same time. This is relatively complicated, but Ben took care of all processes, informed my with progress promptly and answer all questions that I had. What a great experience, Emma at Trinity Finance was superb. Emma found me a mortgage from a bank that accepted my means of savings in crypto. The whole process was effortless and was very quick and efficient from the AIP to approval of the mortgage.
