Felt straight away when in conversation with Gemma that we were looking at what my options were and what was in my best interest, not that I was being sold anything or that there were chances to upsell me. I had the pleasure of instructing once again my mortgage broker, Melanie Cook from Trinity Finance, this time to do a re-mortgage and she was nothing less than absolutely terrific! She is calm and patient and explains everything in a very easy to understand and reassuring way and she will always find the best mortgage to suit your individual circumstances. This time I also had the pleasure of working with Vince Spicer who is the mortgage administration manager at Trinity Finance who was also terrific! Once Melanie had submitted the application to the mortgage company, he then followed everything up for me, checking in regularly with the lender and the surveyors and the solicitors to ensure everything was kept on track and he kept me updated all along the way right up to completion. The service I received from Melanie and Vince was truly excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them because they are excellent mortgage brokers.
