Delicious coffee, ethical principles & great customer service - what’s not to love?! Have been buying from these guys for some time, but it’s been an absolute life saver during lockdowns as we’ve always had really good coffee to get us through the day. I really appreciate the work they do with small farmers & their ethical basis generally. Very reasonable prices I think, especially if you buy the larger bags as I do. Deliveries always very prompt (within 24 hours for my last order!), website is easy to use & free delivery if you order over a certain threshold - I just stock up for a couple of months at a time. Truly one of my favourite local companies & products.

I came across Ethical Addictions in a Cheltenham Co-op when visiting the area and tried the decaffeinated ground coffee. It's delicious. I bought some for home and have subsequently ordered online both whole beans for home and course ground for when I visit Cheltenham. I usually get decaffeinated whole beans from a local independent grinder and I now alternate between them and Ethical Addictions. I admire their ethical stance. The only thing they could improve is a quicker turn around from order to dispatch and I appreciate that this may not be possible in the current situation.
