In order for your website to have any chance of being clicked on by a potential customer it needs to rank highly on the search engine. This means that the website needs to be frequently updated with new content and ideas. Promote are very good at keeping in touch and asking for new content to add to the website, this then keeping the website active and in a position for Google to rank highly. I have found from other companies in the past that they build you a website, then it just remains the same for the next year all the while just dropping lower and lower on the search engine rankings. This is not the case with Promote, you can add as much content as you can give them. Their team structure is very good, they are great to work with. Time is taken at the design stage to really drill into what you carry out and the exact target audience you require and how the website can appeal to these people. You are then given a dedicated account manager who you then deal with to get the website to exactly how you want it. They are also good at coming up with new ideas to implement on the website, again keeping it fresh and active. I would highly recommend Promote, I have found them to be professional, honest, able to deliver what they had promised and easy to work with.
