I recently sent my controller to Nova Controllers for repair, and I’m honestly really impressed with the whole process. From start to finish, the service was smooth, efficient, and professional. I had been having issues with the thumbsticks, and within a few days of sending it in, I got it back in perfect working order. The turnaround time was quick—much faster than I expected—and the repair was done flawlessly. The giguy at Nova Controllers really knows what they're doing. Not only did they fix the problem, but my controller also feels brand new again. I can tell they take great care in their work, and I appreciated the communication along the way. He kept me updated on the status and were easy to reach with any questions. I would really reccomend this guy if your looking for perfect service and quality!!

Always write a review where it’s due… I’ve been looking for someone to repair my scuff for a while now, company’s not responding or interested… came across Nova controllers on TikTok live and found out he was very local! dropped my controller in the afternoon and it was ready to collect by 9pm. Could not recommend more, these guys r fantastic, managed to watch him through tiktok live even make my control from late at night till early in the morning, service was great and prices are better than scuf, hex gaming and orhers, quality and variety aswell are so mych better than my old scuf, 5 stars all round 🌟

Excellent service! My sons Xbox Elite controller had stick drift on the right thumbstick and the right bumper just didn't work. Nova have sorted it back to working order and son is delighted!. Would highly recommend, great communication and fast service.
