Product really good and the price is market leading. Due to the complication of printing it took a little longer them expected but this was well communicated.

Was looking for edge to edge printing for return envelopes and was pleased with the quality of the finish and turnaround time. However, because of how the envelope is stuck together, edge printing was completely pointless. I signed off the proof so I take final responsibility but I think a sales person during the process could (and should) have flagged this glaring oversight. I won't bother printing to the edge again!
