Not everything in life goes to plan, but it is how a given situation is dealt with that really counts. Having detected an engineering issue on a watch recently purchased from MVS Watches, a quick phone call to Vincent was all that was required to generate options to resolve the problem - one being a full refund, a second being an OEM retrofit of an upgraded component under warranty (the issue was a recognised engineering weakness on early models). The former was chosen due to personal time constraints and the transaction was processed immediately. The matter was completely outside MVS Watches' control, and I would have no hesitation in returning to Vincent should another model in his expending stock turn my head. 5 stars reflects my experience, even though it was not the intended outcome.
