Very nice and straight forward software. great instruction e.g. to set up the label printer. Support replied immediately and even followed up. The software itself focuses exactly on our needs without fancy analytics tools, that we don't need. Great overall experience, 5 stars

Honestly good software. Very affordable compared to similar offerings, but ultimately didn't have some of the bells and whistles management was looking for. Tying visitors to a unique ID while makes logical sense, especially when thinking about employee IDs and student IDs presents an awkward barrier for more informal visitors.
