Easy to order and no problems with delivery really - we live down a narrow private road and I believe the truck had some issues reversing in initially but made it in the end.

The glass was delivered intact and in a timely manner.

The driver was very courteous and delivered the glass in good condition. I would definitely use BuyGlass again.

I would give 5 stars if it was clearly communicated every single piece comes engraved with a company stamp with phone numbers etc. Why do I need to see that nuisance? This may be ok in communal buildings, but a big no no for architectural glass used in private domestic build

The sales service, price and communication was very good. The delivery driver was also very helpful and accommodating but the larger pane never arrived with the initial delivery having been misplaced or damaged. Other than that, the service was spot on !
