I called and had to leave a message which I didn’t think was a good start. However Celine called me back a few moments later and was very helpful over the phone. Once I had completed the application we communicated through email. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase and as it was nearing the weekend I wanted to ensure I could complete everything before end of business on Friday. I communicated with Celine and she was very helpful and was extremely timely with her replies which made it easy to complete the required documentation. The rates were much better than I could find else where and the whole experience was pleasant. It was easy and quick.
