I was looking for an outdoor parcel delivery box to be installed into our new fencing project. I ordered a box from Amazon, which arrived dented and damaged. I sent that back and ordered a duplicate, which was dented and damaged also. After sending back the second Amazon order, we purchased a PBX 1 parcel box from Penn Elcom. The price was similar to the made in China box from Amazon, but the quality and weight of the Penn Elcom box is far superior. The box is now installed and it looks great. Thank you Brent for helping us out. With all the packages that are left on porches and stolen, we really wanted a parcel box for security reasons. This one is powder coated and hopefully it will do well in a marine environment over time. That I can’t pass judgement on, but so far I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this box.
